Shipping policy

Delivery

  • UAE: 1–3 working days (12 AED). Free shipping above 199 AED.

  • GCC: 3–14 working days (31 AED). Free shipping above 299 AED.

  • International - 5-15 working days (95AED). 

All orders are shipped from Dubai, UAE 

Orders placed after 3 PM UAE time will be processed the next working day.

Order processing time is 1-2 working days

 
Please note that during Sundays and public holidays, shipping will not be active

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that YOU, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at the time of delivery. Placing an order to an International destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. 

If you refuse a shipment from us, then you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the courier cost.

Please note that international orders may take longer to be delivered due to the customs process in your country
